Sommaren är snart här. Sickan, Vanheden och Harry längtar efter skolavslutningen och sommarlovet. Soliga dagar utan tjatande lärare och tråkiga läxor. Sovmorgnar varenda dag, bad, lek och svalkande glass. Men sommaren blir inte riktigt vad Lilla Jönssonligan tänkt sig. Efter ett busstreck så skickas pojkarna iväg till Gotland och kollot Vindpinan, känt för att ta hand om vanartiga barn. Glass och bad byts ut om stekt gröt och att skura utedass. Lägret styrs med järnhand av två tanter , Rask och Fridh. Dessutom så visar det sig att kollots ägare är direktör Wall-Enberg. Lägret faller inte alls Sickan i smaken, men under ett rymningsförsök så får han reda på att ett fartyg fullastat med godis är på väg mot Gotland...
