Kal P Dal var en av Skånes mest älskade artister och känd för sin oemotståndliga charm och energi. Filmen belyser hans inspirerande musikaliska resa, från debutalbumet "Till Mossan" – en revolutionerande skiva med rock n´roll på skånska, till att bli ett av Sveriges största band på 70-talet. Med tidlösa hits som Blåa sko och Om ja’ va’ en slashas, var Kal P Dal inte bara en artist, utan en glädjespridare som hade som motto att rocka röven av svenska folket. Filmen är en hjärtlig och nostalgisk tillbakablick på 70-talets skånska och svenska musikscen. Carl Sven-Göran Ljunggren, som var Kalle Pedals riktiga namn, gick bort 1985, endast 35 år gammal.
