Vid senaste Venedigfestivalen hyllades filmen enhälligt och erövrade både Juryns Stora Pris och Kritikernas pris. Filmen är dessutom nominerad till hela 12 César Awards (Frankrikes Oscar) i alla de stora kategorierna – Bästa film, Bästa regi, Bästa manus, Bästa huvudroll med mera.
